I will only go to Lincoln Repair and will always recommend them to everyone I know! I had my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee... towed to the shop as it needed a new engine. I knew it was going be an expensive, lengthy repair that I was dreading. Josh and his staff made sure to make the experience more accommodating by lending a loaner vehicle. Ryan made daily contact to discuss progress. I had my vehicle back in the most timely manner given the amount of work that needed to be done.The day I got my vehicle back a hose must have came lose when I drove the gravel road. It started smoking and I was so nervous about my next options for another repair. There was absolutely no reason to fret with Lincoln Repair as Josh, himself drove the hour out of town to my vehicle and drove it back to his shop to have it cleaned up and looked over to make sure I was safe. Not only did he do that but the next day brought my vehicle back out of town to me!!! Literally, above and so far beyond any expectations you can have in a repair shop.read more

LOVE THEM. They treat you like family (great family- not a bad family). They offer rides to and from your house or a... vehicle. Treat the kids well if you bring a kid in. Easy to work with. They back the price that was given. They do a thorough job. I had to get my ac replaced, they told me when they ordered the parts, the cost prior to, when the parts were in and helped me any way they could. They had even found another issue with my car and called me before fixing it to make sure that it was ok to fix it. I wont take my car anywhere else after this experience.They work with you on doing payments or paying up front- makes it super easy to pay.read more

This is by far the best auto repair shop that I have been to. Extremely clean, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and accommodating. I will be returning to Lincoln Repair for all of my future auto repair needs. They also made dealing with my extended warranty provider a breeze.
Impressed with the overall experience. Made sure to call us when there was an issue they weren’t sure would be covered by our repair plan, to see if it was ok to do. Kept us in the loop for the whole process. Great job and the car is fixed, what more can you ask for.
