MEET THE AUTO REPAIR TEAM

Josh Gendron is a graduate of Bismarck State College, where he also was honored with the outstanding student award from the auto tech program. While attending BSC, Josh competed on the state and national level for auto technology skills. He placed first in the state of north Dakota and took ninth in the nation. He also worked at an independent shop at a technician and served as assistant manager of O’Reily auto parts. Still in college, he later became certified as an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Technician. Since then, he has recertified as an ASE master tech two separate times.

After graduating, Josh began working for Schwan Cadillac in Mandan. Josh believes in ongoing training, so he worked hard to achieve the general motors gold certification several times while working there. Josh began pursuing his dream of running his own shop on March 12, 2018. That was his last day working at Schwan. The very next day, that dream came alive when Lincoln repair opened its doors for business.

Josh is so grateful for the opportunity to service the vehicles of our community. He credits his tremendous success thus far to the many people who have played a role in mentoring, contributing, assisting and partnering. As a way of giving back, Josh passes what he’s learned forward and sponsors various business and organization events in the community.

One more important note to mention. Josh’s dream of having his own automotive repair facility is based on one very important thing: compassion. Josh believes in offering the kind of customer care you would receive in a small town… A place you can walk into, have a cup of coffee and talk with staff. He’s created a place where customers aren’t just another job… They’re friends who feel comfortable coming back for all their automotive needs. Josh and his wife Meghan have 3 daughters: Hannah, Madison and Avrie. Together as a family, they enjoy being outdoors hunting, fishing and camping.
